These terms apply to your use of the Mishwar website and to any enquiry you send us through it. They also set out the general basis on which we provide our services.

Where we agree to work together, the specific scope, fees and timelines are confirmed in a separate written engagement. If anything in that engagement differs from these terms, the engagement takes priority.

By using this website, or by ticking the acceptance box when you send us an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Mishwar provides business setup and consulting services in the United Arab Emirates, including company formation, bank account introductions, PRO and visa support, and related advisory work.

We act as a consultant and coordinator between you and the relevant authorities, free zones, banks and service providers. We are not a law firm, an audit firm, a bank or a government authority, and nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice.

Licences, approvals, visas and bank accounts are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant authority, free zone or bank. We prepare and submit your file to the required standard, but we cannot guarantee that any application will be approved.

Any timelines we share are estimates based on normal processing. They can change because of authority workload, inspections, additional document requests, public holidays or regulatory changes, and such delays are outside our control.

You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete and current information and documents, and for telling us promptly if anything changes.

You confirm that you are entitled to provide the documents you send us and that your intended activity is lawful. We may decline or discontinue work where information proves inaccurate, where required documents are not provided, or where we are unable to meet our compliance obligations.

We treat the information and documents you share with us as confidential. We disclose them only to the authorities, free zones, banks and providers involved in your matter, to the members of our team working on it, or where the law requires it.

We ask that you treat the quotations, structuring recommendations and other material we prepare for you as confidential between you and Mishwar.

Our professional fees are quoted before work begins and confirmed in your engagement.

Government, free zone, bank, translation, attestation, medical and similar third-party charges are set by those parties, are payable in addition to our fees, and may change without notice. Amounts already paid to an authority are generally non-refundable, whatever the outcome of the application.

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter so that we can reply to you. We use them to answer your enquiry and to provide any services you go on to ask for.

We share your information with authorities, free zones, banks and other providers only where it is necessary to carry out work you have engaged us for, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time using the contact details below.

This site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose so pages load in it. It is necessary for the site to work as you expect and is not used for advertising or tracking. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies.

The fonts used on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Beyond that, we do not share your visit with third parties.

The content on this site is provided for general information only and may change without notice.

The Mishwar name, wordmark and the content of this site belong to Mishwar and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mishwar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from a delay, refusal or decision by a third party such as an authority, free zone or bank.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site or send us an enquiry is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
